Loopina Creative is a multidisciplinary animation and illustration studio creating stories that inspire, educate, and connect. We collaborate with authors, publishers, educators, organizations, and brands to transform ideas into engaging visual experiences – from concept to completion. Combining artistic craftsmanship, creative strategy, and digital production, we create children’s book illustrations, animation, motion graphics, character design, stop-motion animation, and educational content for audiences around the world.

The Story behind Loopina Creative

Loopina Creative was founded by Stela Railean, also known professionally as artist Estela Raileanu, an animator, illustrator, educator, and creative director with over 15 years of experience in visual storytelling. After illustrating more than 100 children’s books, she expanded her practice into animation, character design, and educational media.

With a background in fine arts, illustration, animation, and education, Stela combines artistic craftsmanship with years of professional experience creating stories for children, publishers, educators, and brands. She holds a PhD in Education and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Central Florida. Alongside leading the studio, she is a university lecturer at the Faculty of Visual Arts and Design, where she shares her expertise in animation, storytelling, and visual communication.

Whether we’re creating animation, designing memorable characters, or illustrating children’s books, our goal is the same: to craft meaningful stories that inspire, educate, and connect.
